She's Anita Sucker ✨🍭😘

Anita has a semi-opaque yellow neon base, a touch of shimmer and mouthwatering iridescent flakes. This polish can be built up to full opacity in 2-4 coats. If you have a strong visible nail line or prefer a brighter color with less coats, a blurring or white-tinted base coat is recommended. 

*Note: These polishes are black light reactive, which means they will glow brightly under an ultraviolet "black light". They are not glow in the dark.
