Shipping policy

Shipping is currently offered within the United States and Canada. 

All US orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise specified. All Canada orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Review item listing details for specific processing & handling times.

DUTIES AND TAXES

• When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
• Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility in the event they are charged by the destination country. Tyler's Trinkets NY, LLC does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
• The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the U.S.), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
• If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to the U.S., we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Tyler's Trinkets NY, LLC

 

SHIPPING TERMS

• Tyler's Trinkets NY, LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
• Tyler's Trinkets NY, LLC cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
• Tyler's Trinkets NY, LLC is not responsible for mis-delivery errors caused by the carrier, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
• Tyler's Trinkets NY, LLC may ship packages with "signature required upon delivery" at our discretion to ensure accurate delivery of shipments.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

While we strive to ship most orders within 3-7 business days of receipt, certain situations can result in increased processing times of up to 16 business days. Extended processing times are likely with: customized items, custom order requests, new product launches, large store-wide sales (e.g. Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and items listed as "pre-order".

If you've ordered an item marked as a "pre-order", all items in your order will ship at the same time. Please refer to the "estimated ship date" listed on the product page, cart and your confirmation email.

 

DELIVERY TIMING

If you require products delivered by a certain date, please reach out via the Contact Us page to verify the details before placing your order. Tyler's Trinkets NY, LLC does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only.
