Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, returns are not generally accepted. For health and safety reasons, all nail polish products are non-returnable.

Some non-customized items (such as stock earrings, keychains, etc.) may be eligible for an exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and unused, and return/exchange eligibility is at the discretion of Tyler's Trinkets NY, LLC.
