Who doesn't love a little mystery? 🧐 Especially at a great price! 😉

We have 3 types of polishes that may be part of the mystery polishes:

  1. Prototypes - These are very limited quantity polishes that can be unreleased prototypes or variations/early formulas of current/previous polishes. Many prototypes only have 1 or 2 bottles! 
  2. Oops! - These are polishes that were made in a batch, but didn't come out the way we expected. Maybe the color was slightly off, or the glitters sank too quickly. They are perfectly good polishes, just not what we were going for.
  3. Overpours - These are extras from exclusive sales (e.g. The Polish Nook, PPU, FB Customs, etc.) or previous collections that have been discontinued. 

Mystery orders will contain any one of the above polishes based on stock and quantity ordered, and can include creams, specialty formulas, and toppers. *We will try to avoid duplicates. If you order multiple mystery polishes and we cannot avoid duplicates, we will contact you to either accept duplicates or refund the extras.

Note on Bottles: During prototyping we use a variety of polish bottles (mostly tester bottles from when we were sampling options for our permanent bottles). You will receive a polish that is at least 11ml (our current bottle size) but bottle shape and brush style may vary from our normal bottles!

Nail Polish Ingredients

Our nail polishes are hand-mixed in small batches using ingredients that are:

  • Vegan
  • Cruelty-free
  • 10-Free

We are passionate about creating beautiful nail varnishes that contain no animal products or biproducts, are never tested on animals, and are free of 10+ potentially harmful ingredients that can often be found in cosmetics. For a full list of ingredients, click here.

Product Color Disclaimer:

While every effort is made to ensure photos accurately depict each product, colors may vary slightly due to differences in lighting sources and monitor/screen settings.

AI-Modified Photos:

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools during the photo-editing process to:

  • Remove distracting background objects
  • Generate background images/scenery around the product

These tools are never used to alter or modify the products themselves, only the background/surroundings. All product photos are taken to represent the true product and editing is only done to correct lighting, remove blemishes (such as a piece of lint stuck to a bottle cap), and color-correct to match the true color.
