What is PBE?

Polish & Beauty Expo is an annual US event starting in 2020 to provide in person connections for indie nail polish and beauty makers with customers and fans. PBE is a showcase for nail polish and beauty vendors from across the world. This 2 day event offers shopping, learning, and the opportunity to connect with brands and other polish fans.

Tyler's Trinkets is excited to be a selected vendor at this year's event on July 19th & 20th in Tinley Park, IL. More information on PBE can be found on their website: polishandbeautyexpo.com

Why is everything on the site "sold out"?

Instead of locking down the website with a password while we're at the expo, we decided to just remove the stock from any existing products. This effectively makes the store "not shoppable" since there's nothing available to buy.

The benefit is that instead of being locked out of the shop completely, you are able to look through our existing products, and use the "Notify me when back in stock" buttons to sign up for alerts on your favorites so you'll know as soon as we re-open and restock! 😉

Will the polishes & trinkets on the site be restocked?

Yes! The polishes & trinkets currently listed on the shop (as "sold out") will be restocked later this year once we re-open.

Any polishes listed as "PBE Exclusives" will only be available at the Expo. If there are extras ("overpour") left, they will go up on the site in August!

Can I buy 'PBE Exclusive' products anywhere else?

Some of the products we've prepared for the Expo are 'exclusive' which means they will only be sold at PBE. However, if there is extra stock that does not sell at the expo, those overpours will go up on the website in August!

So if there are any exclusives you have your eye on, use the "Notify me when back in stock" buttons on the product page to sign up for alerts and you'll get notified as soon as any overpours go up! 😉

I wanted to buy 'Re-Animated' (PPU Rewind) but it's sold out?

Our PPU Rewind shade Re-Animated is temporarily out of stock on the website while we are at the expo. It will be available for purchase again from July 22-31!

Use the "Notify me when back in stock" button on the product page to sign up for alerts and you'll get notified as soon as we restock it! 😉

I have a question about an order I placed?

The best way to get help with an order you've placed is to reply to the order confirmation (or shipping) email - this helps us quickly identify and confirm your order information.

If you can't find an order notification email to reply to, please reach out to use via the Contact page. Please include the email address, customer name, and shipping address of the order you're asking about to help us verify the order.

Please allow 1-3 business days for a response during this time as we are unable to check email as frequently during the expo.
