Notice to Our Canadian Customers: Potential Shipping Delays

Updated October 12, 2025: The CUPW has announced they will return to postal services with rotating strikes to keep post moving in Canada. More information is available here. We have re-enabled the option for USPS/Canada Post International Shipping - but please note that due to the rotating strikes, delays and extended delivery times are expected.

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, announced on September 25th, 2025, Canada Post’s operations will shut down until further notice. No new packages will be accepted by Canada Post until the strike is over.

For the time being, we have disabled USPS/Canada Post international shipping option on our shop. To try and offer a more reliable and timely delivery, we have an alternative shipping option available for Canadian customers: UPS Shipping. This service bypasses Canada Post to hopefully provide faster, more consistent delivery.

Please Note: Some customers have reported a higher likelihood of additional customs/duties/handling fees being charged on UPS shipments compared to Canada Post. As a reminder, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or handling fees that may be applied to their order.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time and remain committed to providing you with the best service possible. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to reach out to us.
